[ISN] Legal Tracks on Black Hat Briefings

The first in a series of articles reporting on the latest security
technologies and vulnerabilities at 2008 Black Hat Briefings and
Training on August 6-7 in Las Vegas.
Over the past 15 years, Black Hat Briefings and Training has evolved
into a series of highly technical information security conferences that
bring together the best information security professionals from
industry, government and the computer security underground. Black Hat
has grown from being a stand-alone security conference in 1997 to attain
its current status as the premier summit for the international elite of
