[ISSForum] Setup SMTP and SNMP Alerts, Globally.

Is there a way I can change the default Response from "Log" or "Display" 
to "SMTP" or "SNMP" in one GO, without going to individual Policies or Sub-
Policies. Can it be done Globally for all policies.
