Ayden,

This message is normal, after the upgrade of SiteProtector to SP4. The 
console also need to be upgraded to connect to SP4. So please choose 
the client upgrade while trying to connect. This would upgrade your 
client software as well as it uninstalls your old console version too 
automatically.
