[ISSForum] RE: ISSForum Digest, Vol 6, Issue 3

the same problem happen to me. It looks like the siteprotector.exe file is
missing from the application directory\bin folder. You could find that
file at ISS\realsecure siteprotector\app server\xpu\install\siteprotector
core\siteprotectorsr4\ copy that file to the bin folder.

Ayden,

I had the same thing happen to me during the upgrade. I clicked through it
and rebooted fine. I'm not saying that you won't have issues with it, but in
my case there were no unexpected issues as a result of the install hanging.

Thanks,

Darrell

Subject: [ISSForum] SiteProtector SP4 update

Hi all,

During the update to SP4 I have noticed that the installer process
hangs. The installation never completes and I am unable to start the
Application Server as a result. The ultimate solution would be to
reboot, however because this is not advisable due to unpredictable
results I am left with little options. Is there a way to troubleshoot
this problem?

Thanks and regards,
Ayden
