[ISSForum] ISS Policy Parser VBA

Hi All,

 

Just wanted to share this VERY ALPHA (Yes I know the code is ugly - but it gets the job done...) policy parser script I cooked up to take the Site Protector Policy Export File and dump it into word format. You can find it on my wiki at:

I'm looking for some feedback on how it worked for you and I'm planning on improvements as I get the chance. Some immediate things are:

 

*	Improve Response table into actual table
*	Include a cancel response for the policy file selection dialog
*	Improve handling of looooong section that span pages
*	*Maybe* re-code into more Object oriented version

 

I ran this against the default windows policy and it was over a thousand pages long! Another thing I might bake into a later version is to screen only for elements that are 'set'.
