Where to get? there are no freeswan updates for 8.0, and besides the module
ipsec.o is located in the kernel package (or at least _was_, in the one that
came on suse 8.0 cds)...

me neither, but the fact that the suse supplied sources for ipsec.o refuse to
compile with a suse supplied kernel source, following the suse supplied howto
on how to compile the sources, doesn't help me as much as I wanted...

Summary so far: I upgraded my 8.1 to said kernel, and had to back down to the
old one or my nvidia card wouldnt work anymore. I upgraded on a 8.0 box and i
can't do vpn anymore...

So there's just one final question remaining: when will suse provide fixed
kernel packages?

bye,
