	Withdrawall is the last  ;-) , so I try to correct it.
	'kernel-shmall' rounds decimal values (all I need is 2,5), then I've change 
it to 3 and now /proc/sys/kernel/shmmax has a value of 39687168 ( about 37,8 
MB).
