It isn't supposed to work. Get the updated openssh package from one of the
mirrors (as CKM suggested).
Better install all security updates using YOU (yast online update) or
fou4s (http://fou4s.gaugusch.at/), because you are really at risk if you
are using an unpatched system!

No, but you may try to rebuild the src.rpm from the 8.2 openssh package.
