Markus, we're currently fixing a minor glitch that appeared as a result of
a security fix. It affects all 8.x kernels, and we hope it will be
published this week. We have removed the kernel-source RPM packages from
the ftp server at once shortly after we have discovered the oddity.

Please give us a little bit of time.
