[suse-security] k_athlon-2.4.19-329 security update

Hi,
I use self compiled kernel SuSE 2.4.19-308. Are the any diffrences in security 
fixes between 2.4.19-308 and 2.4.19-329 ? Should I update my kernel  source ? 
There is no kernel-source-2.4.19-329
