Sure.  Start with "yast -i lsh".  :)  It's already there.  8.2 ships
with 1.5.  Hopefully, 9.0 will have it updated to 1.5.2.

Check over the man pages.  It's a tad different from openssh to setup.
Regardless, it works quite well.
