Look at the source-RPM or I guess SuSE uses something like that:
./configure --prefix=/usr --sysconfdir=/etc/ssh --with-pam
--with-tcp-wrappers --with-pid-dir=/var/run --with-ipv4-default
--with-md5-passwords
