They can try to build cases against fraudsters and take action, but if
it's from overseas, there isn't a whole lot they can do.
You can report such things to your state attorney general. Sometimes
they also collect that information and build cases against the worst
offenders. But again, when the email is coming from overseas, there
isn't much they can do.
